WHO SHOULD USE THE COOL GEL NESTIN MEMORY FOAM PILLOW?

BACK SLEEPERS:

Back sleepers find this pillow comfortable as it keeps the head in place and lines perfectly to the neck. It prevents the head from sinking, thus maintaining optimal spinal alignment.

SIDE SLEEPERS:

Memory foam pillows are thicker and provide a perfect combination of firmness and softness. This sleeping position puts additional pressure on the shoulder and neck, thus recommended for side sleepers.

STOMACH SLEEPERS:

Since the height is much more, this pillow is not recommended for stomach sleepers as it may disturb the spinal alignment.

A variant called Memory Foam Contour Pillow in our range is ideal for stomach sleepers since it has dual heights to suit the need of a stomach sleeper.

HOW TO USE THIS PILLOW?

People who prefer a cool surface should place the blue side of the pillow on top. This side has a Cool Gel Sheet that keeps the sleeper cooler during warmer months. For those who desire a warmer temperature, the white side of the pillow should be on top. This side does not have the Cool Gel Sheet and has a Memory Foam top.
