How do I track my order?

Order once placed will show under the orders tab in my account section. Against each of the order numbers you can track the status of the order.

How do I change the date of delivery?

How can I change the shipping address?

The shipping address can be changed only till the time product has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, any address change may not be possible. In such cases, kindly contact our Customer Care Number at +91 90484 44000 at the earliest.

How do I get a copy of the invoice?

The invoice copy will be accompanied by the product and the same will be handed over on delivery.

What are the payment options?

Currently, we are offering payment options via Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, Paytm and UPI. We are not offering Cash On Delivery (COD) as of now.

How do I check if the payment has been made?

On placing the order post payment, you would receive an email and SMS with your order number confirming your order, the amount and the payment details.

What are the Return Policy Guidelines?

Within 10 days from the delivery of the product, free return or replacement is possible on products wherever exchange or return is applicable(refer to terms and conditions).
Post 10 days, no return is possible. However, we can initiate an exchange at additional fees, as applicable.

However, the product should not be damaged or dirty. The product will be subject to inspection and post-approval by our team (either online or on-site), and the exchange process can be initiated.

For non-rolled, non-compressed products, the item should be intact in the original packing.

For compressed and roll-packed products, packing will be sent by the seller, once the return has been approved.

No fee is applicable up to 10 days from the date of delivery, upon approval of exchange or return.

Post 10 days from the date of delivery, a return or exchange fee will be applicable depending on the type of product under consideration.

Refunds

How long does the returned product refund take?

Usually, the money is refunded within 7 days from the date the product is received by the seller.

In a few cases, the refund may take up to 15 days.

Where will the refunded amount reflect?

It will be credited to the bank account provided by the customer.
